Click the above link to read the article from Dr. Daniel Wallace.  He is a NT professor at Dallas Seminary, where I earned my Th.M.  Dr. Wallace is on the forefront of engaging today’s leading NT critics, and I appreciate his thinking and writing.  This article deals with the problems that Protestant churches face in their church structures, accountability, and authority because of the fact that they broke off from the Roman Catholic Church.  If you look around, Protestant churches haven’t stopped “protesting” in the last 500 years since the Reformation.  This is evidenced in the unending list of denominations and church splits.  Check out the article.
